Administration and staff does not know the meaning of the HIPPA law. When we called about a issue they would call the other family members and tell them about our conversation. When we did a visit they would sit and listen to our conversation and call the other family members and tell them what was said during our visit. Again dont follow the HIPPA law. Would not recommend!!!!

Very nice facility with an amazing group of workers. I have been a resident for about a month now and everyone was so helpful and inspiring. They are truly happy to see their patients succeed and progress. Highly recommend this facility.

Need more staff with better attitudes. They need to take an extra second to make sure they turn off the neublizer not the oxygen. Honestly it needs for some nurses to actually check on patience more. So families can have a piece of mind. And Dr. Barcona is a doctor with a bad attitude and lacks respect for nurses and patients!! He needs to be replaced!! Most techs are pleasant and helpful.
