Millcroft is a beautiful place with great staff members who go above and beyond to ensure that residents are well taken care of. We treat everyone as family.

Short term care seemed like they were trying to think of ways to turn into long term care. Got my mom out and she did better after leaving. The doctor kept changing my mom's meds and my mom's outside, family doctors were ignored by the residential doctor. My mom needed hearing aids, but instead of getting her hearing checked, they tried to tell us she had dementia. After she left there, and got the hearing aids, she was talking better, and understood everything people said to her. If anyone tells you your relative doesn't understand what's being said to them - get their hearing tested FIRST. (BTW - the state doesn't give funding for residents with hearing loss, but does give funding for residents with dementia).

My grandfather recently moved into Millcroft independent living. The staff did everything they could to help him feel welcome and at home, and they continue to support him in his transition. The community as a whole (staff and residents) is warm, friendly, and inviting. It is so comforting to know that he is supported and take care of by everyone at Millcroft...I no longer worry for his well being and safety. I am grateful to everyone that has made his transition a success! Millcroft is a great place for my grandfather!

Well maintained outdoor recreation areas. Administrative staff and social work staff very helpful and attentive to client needs. The door is always open and any complaints are fixed wonderfully fast.

I visited my great aunt this past weekend and I was impressed with the facility and how amazing the staff was... I was having trouble finding her apartment and the staff immediately assisted me in finding it. Love the place located in a nice area. Ill definitely recommend this place to my friend and family.
