Most of the staff treat patients with disrespect. Roll eyes and huff at them when they ask for help. Move the injured patient quickly and vigorously to the point the patient is hurting. Understaffed. They are polite when the patient has visitors in the room but once the patient is alone it is a much different experience. It is hell trying to get someone to call you back after leaving several messages. Once they call you back, they lie and say that they never received any messages. Hard to believe you did not receive ONE of my 9 messages today, but ok. Please do not leave your parents alone at this place. I feel it is not safe. If you ring bell for help and no one comes for 40 minutes, this could end badly for the patient.
