The community has gone downhill for quite some time now. Everyone is suppose to have a background check before approved but family members are known to bring in unapproved family members and then drug activities begins and car break in are pretty common have been a few house break ins. They are most likely people from different neighborhoods but I've seen someone I know lives there breaking into cars. The park doesn't seem to be on top of things, for a while there they couldn't keep a manager. The park looks nicer than Glasgow trailer park but the people are the same.

Pleasant area with nice homes and quite residents. Some improvements need done such as some streets needs repaved and speed bumps redone like on Joan Drive the main street to where to Office is Located they only repaved half of Joan Dr and not the entire street which looks Odd and why the tenants on the 2nd half didnt get their street repaved ? Also mail box areas need some landscaping, the public parking areas needs to be repaved and or seal coated, more signs are needed on the street of the no parking on the streets and mail box canopys need replaced. All these improvements will make the Community stand out.

The area Waterford is Nice and Quite. Kept Clean. Residents keep their Lot areas well Maintenance Lawns and Clean.
