This place has been wonderful and caring in taking care of my 95 year old mother.

Very nice facility and pleasant staff members.

This assisted living deserves a zero. DO NOT put a family member here...uncaring and unskilled staff....they will paint a pretty picture during their tour.... activities are minimal....98% of residents look miserable....nursing home atmosphere....they will look for any reason to jack up the bill once your in...they let my moms blood pressure stay sky high never mentioning anything until questioned...results almost had a massive stroke... 172/99 is not normal but they insisted it was....also picked up C-diff infection among everything else that went wrong with illnesses....3 1/2 weeks in the hospital....apartments aren't cleaned...gloves not always used....they will also charge for care not received if you are hospitalized....if you ring the pendant to much for help you will wait 45 mins to more than an hour for help in the apartment ....I timed it....Stay a way from this place!!!! A month out of there and mom is happy and thriving. This place is all about money!!!! SAD HOW THE DIRECTOR RESPONDS BELOW WITH INCORRECT INFO....AND THEN WITHIN 4 HOURS A REVIEW IS POSTED TO GET THEIR RATING UP. MY MOM IS STILL BEING CHARGED AT THIS FACILITY AFTER MOVE OUT. LINDA GARCIA DOESN'T RESPOND TO THOSE EMAILS!!!! CHECK THE BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!

My grandmother has lived here for 6 years in the dementia assisted living area. Her quality of care which matters to me most, is better than I think anyone could give at home. No one is a 'worker.' Everyone is FAMILY. The recreation is outstanding and the new ownership is even better. That actually care about what we have to say. Please take my word if you're looking.
