Benchmark senior living is an ok job to work, but they believe that they can throw money at you and everything is alright. I worked at benchmark for almost a year. Before I left I was stressed and depressed, due to over worked and being under staffed, I complained to my boss at the time , who did nothing! I decided to talk to my bosses boss about the issues concerning the residents and being under staffed. When my boss found out I went to her boss, she called me and told me very rude and disrespectful things, she made it seem like it was my fault that we where under staffed. She would call me yelling at me being very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend working at Benchmark in Waterbury CT, until they change there ways.

Very nice place to work. The staff is friendly and helpful for the most part; the residents are really nice and respectful, and greatful for our help. The building is immaculate as Well. The only real problem I have is the pay...
