My Mother has been a resident since the opening (Summer 2018) and she and my family are so grateful to be part of this community.  The staff are what make The Residence truly exceptional.  Most of the leadership team have been in place since the beginning: Betsy M. provides skilled, compassionate care which extends throughout the care-giving team to the residents, Frank M. leads by example to bring resident 'engagement' to new levels of involvement and enjoyment, Justin S. puts his heart and soul into the dining experience and inspires his crew, and Ralph B. leads the facilities team with skill and dedication. Thanks to the entire team, old and new!

Every day when I turn to my work, I thank God because I love my work in this place. my superiors are excellent people, they treat me with love and respect, my coworkers have received me with love, we work as a team always supporting each other. and although it sounds clich, we really have the best residents, they treat us with respect and affection. the facilities are super comfortable which allows me to make my work easier and more efficient. The place is always super clean, the employees give us lunch or dinner prepared by the chef and always with different options. The truth for me is a blessing to work in a place where I am always happy. The resident is my family, they are my friends, it is my house. Thank you all because they received me and accepted me as one of their team. Very special thanks to each nurse assistant for always having something to teach me and they do it with pleasure. I will continue to learn and give my best Because this job I hope to leave it when it is time for my retirement
