Evergreen Woods

My grandmother was living there for several years. Every time we visited the staff were very attentive and caring, especially the kitchen/wait staff. The food was surprisingly good and the facility clean. From my grandmother's experience I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for senior living facility in the area.

My parents have lived at Evergreen Woods for over a year. They love their beautiful, sunny apartment and my sisters and I love the piece of mind we have knowing they are living amongst a caring community of helpful staff and care-givers. We also really appreciate what Evergreen Woods has done to keep their residents safe and protected during the pandemic. Their frequent communications to the residents and family members to advise us about the continued health status of the residence and to update us on the policies that continue to keep everyone safe was greatly appreciated and reassuring.

My mom and pop moved here in November of 2019, gosh do I feel lucky that we picked EW. After looking at many places, it feels like the universe is looking out for us. I was really happy with EW before Covid and now I respect it and value it so much more. They have been working so hard to keep us all informed, keep the residents and staff safe, and perhaps hardest - to maintain as much programing while routines are in flux. I stayed with my folks for a week back in November - first hand its clear that the staff cares, the place is so clean and the facility in tip top shape. Having been in the sport and fitness feild for 30 years, boy was I impressed with the pool and gym, walking trails and how hard they work with my folks one on one. The food was really nice, the apartments smart and bright - heck, I may move in one day. They helped us from 'soup to nuts', from our first call through helping us find moving help and in every little thing that comes up the answer is aways a yes. Very rare to find this level of care and service. From the excutive director on down to the front desk staff, I have not once had anything but kindness, urgent response and straight talk. If you are going to invest in a safe, warm and well cared for place - this is it.

Evergreen Woods was the place my parents moved eight years ago to discover a warm, sophisticated and inviting circle of friends, a staff that is responsive to their needs, that engages its residents with warmth and respect. Evergreen Woods has been unstoppable during the quarantine when it comes to helping us all manage this difficult time, whether it's making sure Mom can FaceTime with us or arranging walks outside for her as soon as the daffodils appeared.
