The management of this facility does not care one bit about the residents or this community in general. The current CEO has ruined the wonderful reputation of the Nursing and Rehabilitation facility by outsourcing inpatient Physical Therapy, laying off staff members that truly care, leaving the nursing staff so short that sometimes 1 aide is caring for 30 residents. When he sufficiently ruined the Nursing Facility he moved onto the Assisted Living facility and laid off staff members who worked tirelessly to to make that facility run like a well oiled machine. He claims the layoffs were because Geer wasn't making enough money... All while he is compensated at nearly a quarter of a million dollars a year according to last 990 on file...not bad for someone who is seldom at work.

Concerned about an elderly relative whose diet does not take adequate care to avoid allergens; also they apparently are willing to leave residents sitting in bed soiled with fecal matter for an hour or more because the health aid is 'busy.'
