Spring Ridge Park Assisted Living

Was there for 3 years only to get fired for an altercation another employee initiated. Yet I got the boot, no warning, no write up nothing and they kept her. The facility is great and clean don't get me wrong, but who wants to work in a harsh, stressful enviroment. Majority of the morning staff is horrendous, all but 1 person, with attitudes and eye rolling. Stacie the director favors the morning staff that they do whatever, whenever . No bonuses. I was there 3 years never one bonus, yet I lost count of all the shifts I picked up! All you get is a book each year for Xmas. Negative attitudes from upper management. Anytime you go to Stacie nothing gets solved! I went to her plenty of times about residents being soaked and what got done,, NOTHING! Mind you I was a nominee for the George and Pat Sugerman in Excellance in Caregiving award! Horrible environment if you don't like DRAMA!!! Let's not forget that Stacie LIED up and down on the unemployment response!

Spring Ridge Park and their staff took our mom in and became the place we had hoped for. She had finally needed full Memory Care, but also was on Innovage and so there weren't a tremendous number of places that would accept her. But Spring Ridge did. What is amazing to me about this place is there are always staff members present when you walk in. The ratio of staff to residents is almost extraordinary. Mom is always with her fellow residents and/or staff so she is never lonely and never feels abandoned, or lost as many with dementia can feel. This was the final place we brought her after trying 3 others over 2 years and Spring Ridge was the only one that could accomplish everything we had hoped for and they did it with loving care for mom. My heartfelt thanks to the Spring Ridge staff and the program they run.
