Trinidad Inn Nursing Home

I've worked for this business for around 8 years with the exception that I had to take a leave of absence a couple years ago. I know these long term facilities owned and operated by C&G HealthCare have, and hold extremely high quality of life standards for each and every resident including family. From our relationship with each and every resident to the personal care be that of oral hygiene to peri and in between. Even though I am not employed with C&G HealthCare anymore the truth is that they deliver exceptional care, patience and, an amazing level of respect. I can honestly say that I have yet to meet an employee working for any of the nursing homes to be unruly, or threatening in any abusive way. So yes, I have to say that administration has a good eye for good people (employees) and their background checks as well as ua's are of huge importance. Now, accidents can and do happen no matter where we are at. What company, line of work etc. However, each and every scratch, bruise, scuff mark etc, is investigated. We understand that many family members become so upset that yes, we may extend our story out in the community a bit out of the truth. Because we hurt. I would mist definitely and sincerely admit ant one of my relations into one of C&G HEALTHCARE facilities. I would also definitely refer to anyone looking for a rest long term home, a good and safe place for a loved one. Now my issue was a lack of responsibility on my part which I have to own up to. Nothing life threatening something important enough to have to be coached for. The facilities are beautiful, clean, comfortable and well respected.
