Utterly disgusted by this photos posted on their page. Love ones can't go in but animals who are not screened are allowed in the residents room. Moving my love ones out of there as soon as possible. These pictures are very concerning and show such double standards. Although the risks of exposure might be low, you played Russian Roulette on our love one's health. You claimed to be taking every precautionary measure to protect them during this pandemic, is there any precautionary measure taken for this event regarding COVID-19, in accordance with the the CDC's guidelines & Considerations for Animal Activities, shows, and Events? You will not let family members inside your facility without checking for symptoms along with temperature checks, yet you let animals transported into your facility, petted and handled without gloves and allowed inside resident rooms? Is there hand washing stations outdoors provided for your residents? After the animals were petted by unprotected hands and passed from one person to another, are the animals wiped and disinfected? Bonaventure, this is callous and reckless and you put the health and well being of our love ones there at high risk. The risks maybe low, but they are the most susceptible to catch this virus. CDC GUIDELINES: COVID-19 Considerations for Animal Activities at Fairs, Shows, and Other EventsKey PointsEvents that bring together people and animals, such as fairs and agricultural shows, can increase the spread of COVID-19 among people and animals. The risk of animal-to-person spread is considered to be low. However, fair and agricultural show organizers should consider the potential for spread from person-to-person, person-to-animal, and possibly animal-to-animal.If people will be interacting with animals at an event, take precautions to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Bonaventure of Pueblo is truly a 5-star community! The food, the service, and the experiences are all A+. Where they really thrive though is the employees, who all go above and beyond to treat the residents like family. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a retirement community!

The staff here at Bonaventure of Pueblo are amazing. Trisch does such a great job with the residents and that is evident. I recommend at least going in for a visit if you are considering retirement living for you or a loved one. You wont be disappointed.

My mom lives at this community, I just wanted to post and say thank you to the entire team for all that you have done to keep not just mom but the entire community there healthy and safe!! From the front desk to the kitchen team everyone had done an amazing job! I know this was not an easy task. I also wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Rosanne who has been such a blessing to not just my mom but to me! She has kept in touch with me letting me know when mom is down, checked in on her, offered my mom encouraging words, helped her with her tablet and has been so good to my mom. Im so happy they are doing some activities now. Its rare to find someone who has a servant heart like Rosanne, she truly is a team player and you can tell she cares for each of the residents there! Her actions are not going in noticed and I just wanted to share this with you, I know these are stressful times, but Im so happy you have the team you do! Thank you again from our family to the Bonaventure team!
