my grandmother stayed here - she ended up getting covid19 - but the person 'taking care of her' had the audacity to say she had a normal temp up until the EMTs came and took her away with a 102.8 temp. We had to keep calling to get someone to finally check on her when we called and only heard her struggling to breathe... I'm haunted by this. She deserved better..

I have a friend who moved to MorningStar a year ago. She is a transformed person since moving there. At my community she was so depressed that sometimes she wouldnt even let me in her door. Whenever I go visit her now, she is joyful and energetic and tells me how happy she is at Morning Star. She has found the supportive community that she needs.
