Palisades Living Center

I am a physician. My first concern is patient care and safety. 2 years ago, this facility was struggling. Since that time, leadership has been changed out to bring in a seasoned Administrator with a track record of driving success in nursing homes; a Medical Director with a record of advancing care quality and system integration; and a Director of Nursing with decades of experience providing wrap around care to the most vulnerable in our population. Through effective leadership and a dedicated staff, improved relationships with hospitals, vendors, and the community have developed. Palisade Living Center is better prepared to tackle the challenges of America's aging population. With a focus on quality improvement and quality assurance; meeting local, state, and federal regulations; and reducing unnecessary medical interventions, this facility is poised to be a great place for our aging seniors to live and also for those who need subacute rehabilitation on their journey through life.

Management team and all staff in general they are the best! All their focus taking care of Residents!

My father has just left this facility after having rehabilitative care for the past month for an extremely traumatic fall. The staff at this facility has gone above and beyond making sure that my father's needs have been met. He came in restricted to a wheel chair and the physical therapists Andrew and Shannon have been so thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive to help him get to where he's walking! His nurse Tania as well as the other wonderful compassionate nursing staff have been so attentive and made sure to be right on top of listening to everything my father had to say. That is how health care should be! Thank you all so much we couldn't have asked for better care for him you are all angels.
