Don't be fooled. My Mom was there for a total of 14 hours. Brought in on a Sunday afternoon with 2 fractures in her back. She went the first night with NO medication, no pain killers, no water. I tried calling all night, no answer. The next morning when regular staff was in I called and talked to head of nursing. She went over and gave my Mom her pain killers . My mom called 6 hours later to say they had not brought her any food since the night before. This was at 2:30 pm. My Brother went over there and called an ambulance to have her removed. Even though the head nurse admitted they hadn't given he the medication she needed. When the hospital called the notes said 'peaceful night medication given' My Mom cried for help all night and was ignored. These people are liars and NEGLECTFUL. I will be filing complaint with the State.

The staff here care so much about the patients. Anytime you call you can get the unit manager on the phone or schedule to meet with them in person. It is hard to find facilities that care this much about the resident and the family.
