Jackson Creek Senior Living

Im a former employee and although I loved working at Jackson creek and miss my residents terribly but I could not take another day working under Molly Pai, shes the memory care director and is very unprofessional, every single day working there we had family complaining about her and expressing how she didnt return important calls and how their complaints were ignored as well as they felt like she didnt know what she was talking about Or doing- this was true , she doesnt & she has no respect from her employees which is why memory care cant be ran as well as it should, every single qmap and caretaker in memory care often if not daily discussed how terrible and inexperienced she was and Ive been gone 2 months and I hear the same stories, so I really do hope and pray they find someone who is more fitting and passionate about our residents because they deserve someone who shows up and cares- but really cares, doesnt just pretend in front of higher ups and family then turn around and talk bad about them to her employees!! I also love the Director Dena and head of nursing Corina but was highly disappointed when I found out they werent taking anyones complaints serious because they had all became friends outside of work and Im positive this is why she has this position still.. Molly if youre reading this, go back to qmapping, director position is too much for you honey. With much love to the rest of the facility and people in it I believe this is a great place to take your loved one if you want them to have a loving caring caretaker, just maybe wait till Mollys out of the picture . Lol

We moved my husband's mother into Assisted Living at Jackson Creek in early March after the loss of her husband of 63 years in February. Her transition was not easy, to say the least, because of her loss, grief, and having to leave her home of 23 years!!! From Lisa (who went beyond our expectations to hold an apartment for us), Laura, Lori, Barbara, Meredith, the medical team, the activity coordinators, the kitchen staff, and countless others, her care was and continues to be superb. All of the staff are caring and loving and in spite of the minor glitches that have to be working out in a new community this size, they have bent over backwards to ensure that she is cared for and happy. At my mother-in-law's age and with dementia, that is all that matters to those of us who love her. The food may not be perfect but the fact that she hated cooking and three meals a day are provided is huge to us. She also enjoys ALL of the many activities offered throughout the week and she realizes now how nice the tenants and staff are!!!!! I have also recommended Jackson Creek to friends I know looking for employment.I am there at least three times a week. Atmosphere is always the same!! Clean facility, caring staff, and wonderful tenants!! If we have any problems at all we feel that we can go to any of the staff with our concerns. Job well done!!

I first met the team at Jackson Creek before they opened. I was impressed with their passion for serving others. Since they opened, Jackson Creek has proven themselves as one of the top communities in El Paso County. The building is beautiful, amenities are second to none, but the incredible staff sets them apart. I assist seniors as they explore long Term Care Options. Jackson Creek is always one of my first recommendations for those looking for a great community in Northern El Paso County.

I have been going to Jackson Creek Senior Living center for approximately 5 months. I am a chaplain in training so I teach bible studies every Saturday, do complete services one a month, and spend much time with the residents. I have gotten to know most of the residents and most of the staff. All the staff has always been professional and courteous. I have been to other senior living centers and this is the best one yet. There is a good variety of food and it has always tasted great. I am bless to be able to serve there.
