I've never been spoken to so poorly by a sales representative in my life. IN ANY INDUSTRY. I've been into this community three times now and unfortunately I was not met with an ounce of kindness any time. Even when presented with an opportunity to write the whole situation off as a misunderstanding, or take then entire blame myself, I was called a liar and insulted. Not only will I NOT RECOMMEND this place to clients based on management, but also from my years working in a near by hospital where I routinely (almost daily) had patients admitted from Park Regency through my ER.
