Care givers are excellent, patient, and loving. Always something going on, and medical staff is caring and reliable. My mom loves it there.

BEWARE! Very understaffed and poorly trained, ill equipped to care for their population safely. Do not have loved ones at any of Brookdale's facilities. The providers are not even CNA's, no practicing nursing staff available, not adequately trained and there are not enough of them to provide good care and the corporation doesn't care. They caused my family tremendous pain and grief due to their errors and missteps and I hope to spare others the same by warning.
