When my family and I first learned that my grandmother needed to move from independent living to assisted living, we had only four days to find her a new home. In a panic, we started touring assisted living centers all over the Denver Metro area. I wasnt happy with anything we found; most places were large and impersonal, and I feared that my grandmother would get lost in the shuffle. When we found RMAL Chestnut Hill, I immediately knew that she would thrive in this home. The smaller, bright, cheerful environment allowed her to socialize and become friends with people she saw regularly, and she received wonderful individualized attention from compassionate caregivers. When she passed away, they wept alongside us. I will be forever grateful for the care my grandmother received at RMAL, and would highly recommend this exceptional home for your loved one.

Moving a loved one from independent living to assisted living is very emotional and can be stressful for all family members involved. When our family found Rocky Mountain Assisted Living for my mother, it was a great relief and a blessing. We are very grateful for the entire company. The owner, David Lewis, has a philosophy of providing quality care in an intimate, caring home environment. This positive attitude permeates throughout the Chestnut Hill house. The staff care for residents as if they were their own family. They are professional yet loving, making each resident feel special and safe. Besides exceptional day-to-day individual care, they provide many stimulating and fun activities for the residents' physical and mental well-being. Some of the activities include appropriate physical workouts, games, various bi-weekly outings, arts and crafts, and holiday and birthday celebrations. The staff welcomes all family members of the residents and make them feel like this is their second home. If anyone is in need of assisted living or memory care, I highly recommend any of the Rocky Mountain homes.
