I am filing a report to Medicare about this company with ample evidence of improper business activity. To be updated tomorrow.

Argus housekeeping helper Stella was a ray of sunshine! She was a meticulous housekeeper, cheery, funny, trustworthy, going the extra mile. I'm sorry that we lost her.

Horrible company to work for! Ever since they had a new manager from Colo Springs (Danny) come in the company has went down the drain! The clients dont even want to be there anymore is the sad part!!! I give it a year before the company goes under! Clients and employees run while you can!!!!

My grandmother has fainting spells and lives alone. We were worried that she would need help and not be able to call for it. Argus set her up with a monitoring device including fall protection. It is a necklace that she wears. If it detects a fall they can talk to her via the necklace. If she does not respond they send help. It has happened one time and I am so grateful to the alerts department for helping us out.

So this is more along how they treat family of there employees. My mom has worked for Argus for 25 plus years. She recently passed 4 days ago. Ive been trying to contact the hr department for 4 days. Leaving messages on voicemail and with the D.O.N. Nothing dramatic only one per day. On the second day is when I contacted the DON. Told her about my mothers passing. She offered me condolences and said shed pass the message along to the hr lady (Kathy). I believe she had. My wife finally got ahold of the hr lady on the 5 th day . She was absolutely rude and nasty. All I wanted was a little help in getting my mothers affairs in order. Simple question like did Argus have any insurance help, and information on her 401k. She really acted like we were a inconvenience and offered zero empathy. So I ask you. If they treat life long employees family this way, how do you think they will treat your loved ones?
