My wife is in the Memory Care building--she has Alzheimer's which needs full time care. The staff is doing an excellent job the vast majority of the time. She was at Atria Memory Care in Longmont previously. This facility is a vast improvement!

This place is literally in between. They have SOME good workers but you have to remember it all starts with MANAGEMENT. This nursing home has very bad management.... It saddens me to know they have workers that genuinely care for the residents but the management always rids the good workers. The experience I have had was horrible. The managers I met had NO CLUE what they were doing. They got so stressed out and made it KNOWN to everyone they were upset. Which I believe is not fair to the residents. They hire inexperienced little girls and expect them to do a GREAT caregiving job which makes me feel very uncomfortable. I do hope management gets better in reguards to a resident I know there. They seem to be going down hill...

I enjoy working for the company. It's honestly not as bad as people say it is. Yes, I think the pay should be better or maybe better communication between all of the workers but we do definitely try. We do love our residents. I would like to have some people that give bad reviews try doing elderly care for a few days just to see what we do. It's harder than you think especially Alzheimer's care.

Did not have a good experience, was not as professional as it should be . Management needs improved , took my mom out of there.
