My 92-year old mother has been living at Seneca House since December 2018, and we are so pleased that we found this facility. Moms physical mobility had deteriorated to the point where she was no longer able to live independently and the larger assisted living facilities that we investigated just did not have the ability to aid her in a timely manner. The two things that were most important to her were that when she needed help, she didnt have to wait 20-30 minutes for her turn and that she have space to have her things with her. My concerns were that she be safe and that she receive the help she needed with the daily management of her life. The staff at Seneca House have gone above and beyond in accommodating us with the installation of assistive devices and working with us when Mom needed a special diet. They are right on top of her medical needs and drug management - its like having a doctor check in on her every day. Being a home, they interact with the residents all day long and work very hard to make sure that the everyone in the Seneca family is content.I couldnt be happier with how things have worked out here. I have peace of mind and my mother has a comfortable home where she is well looked after, living among family.

My family could not be happier with the care she receives at Seneca House! The smaller, house environment with much better care to patient ratios is so much better than the big facilities. The owner and couple who manage the home truly love their residents and it shows. 5+ stars!!!

My Mother moved from her home where she was living by herself and into Seneca House May 2019 .It was a very difficult transition for my Mother moving from her home. The folks at Seneca House bent over backwards helping her to adjust. They would also spend time with us on the phone or in person brainstorming new ideas to help her adjust. The staff at Seneca House treat their clients as if they are family. My Mother has said numerous times the staff will pass by her, stop and chat or just pat her shoulder. If my Mother suddenly starts craving a certain food, the staff incorporate it into her meals. If there is a concern the staff calls us immediately to relay what is going on. My Mother loves her group of 'friends' and loves to share what they are up to each day. We visited several assisted living places in Fort Collins before deciding on Seneca House. It has a feel of a home and not some large facility she would get lost in plus the ratio of staff to clients can not be found anywhere else!

When my 88 year old sister (who has rheumatoid arthritis ) could no longer stay in her own home, we discovered Seneca House. She has lived there for 8 months and we are so pleased with the facilities, the staff, and her quality of care. I am so grateful to know that there are caring people looking out for her day and night...such peace of mind for her and for me! It is clear that patient care is the top priority for the owners and the house managers.

Seneca House sounds like a great place. I just spoke to Greg at Seneca House on behalf of my mother-in-law, who is in need of an increased level of care. I would take her over there today if I could. Unfortunately, Greg and I determined that this particular residence, as fantastic as it sounds, is not a good match for Mom. I really appreciated the honest assessment and the time Greg spent on the phone with me. He obviously works very hard to ensure the best care setting for everyone.
