Sunrise at Pinehurst

They're the absolute worst, always short staffed (they think 3 workers is okay) the coordinators definitely don't care, even though they have stated otherwise. They have pushed numerous employees away, and all the ones that have left are the ones that attempted to make it better and the ones that plan on leaving are the same. The residents often apologize to the employees from them being so overworked.. they have said for months they would make a change to try and help, but guess what? They haven't! They use the excuse of COVID but this been going on for months and months and months! They don't truly care and it's sad to see so many great employees overworked and upset. And having residents feel bad or not want help because they don't want to be apart of the 'problem' even though that is why people work there is to help these guys!!! But it's impossible when people don't care. It's sad, and I'm telling you now you can find much better, more caring, and smaller homes for much Better prices and care. Don't be fooled by these guys. The only people that truly care in the building are the caregivers and theyre treated like garbage. The residents deserve better then this and they know it, they just dont care enough to do something. Its heartbreaking, but the residents know that isnt the best place, I would say 95% would say theyre unhappy living there and the care and food they get. Never trust what they say to you when visiting do a thorough research on the company and you will put the pieces together. Only money they want, like theyre taught. its funny its all a group of people that preach for everyone to be treated fairly and always assume the best, but theyre the mean girls and dont truly stand by what they believe in.

We moved my Mom into the memory area at Sunrise Pinehurst about 8 months ago.I have to share, this place exceeded our expectations. Everyone, from the caregivers, management, directors and nursing staff are incredible.This is a professionally run place, it shows!I stop in about every few days, my mom is clean, happy, always doing some activity - in fact, shes dramatically improved in all areas since moving in.I cannot say enough good things about this place and the folks working there. They are good at what they do, and they enjoy it - thus, our mother benefits.Thank you, Sunrise!
