My wife has been a resident for almost five years. We picked Willow Tree because the facility offers single rooms providing privacy plus it can be decorated to meet the residents desire (reminders of home). Secondly we were impressed with the longivity of many of their employees.It is not home, but the management and staff make a concerted effort to make.the stay homelike for the residents.
