We first contacted Jana when looking for property at Star Mountain Ranch over 20 years ago. Recently Jana handled the sale of our land and her expertise regarding our lot, but also the entire development, was very valuable throughout the process. During negotiations, Jana provided information to us to allow us to make important decisions regarding a well contingency that the buyers had submitted with their offer. Jana represented us when the well was being drilled and agreed to be on-site during drilling for however long it took. For an out-of-state Seller, Jana made it tremendously easy to trust in her ability as our Realtor.
