CRALHC provided in home companions for my Mother in Law for almost a year. The staff were caring and dependable. My MIL enjoyed her time with them and their care for her allowed her to safely stay in her own home months longer than she could have without them.

My mom has been in 3 assisted living facilities and at memory care facility (which she really didn't need to be) She moved to CRAL and it has been truly a gift. She tells me she is happy there and often tells me she loves her home. She is well taken care of. The home size is perfect for her and the number of residents makes it feel more like family. I am grateful there is little to no turnover of staff. The staff works hard to keep the residents happy and cared for. Consistency is important with Dementia. Thank you Gina, Angie and all of the staff!

Allie and Angie are both amazing people! Very accommodating and super nice/friendly. They work hard to make sure that both clients and caregivers are taken care of based on their needs! As a college student, working for them has been super enjoyable as they try their best to work around my schedule as well as the clients! Overall the clients that Ive been working with have been amazing, Angie and Allie do a really good job and trying to make sure that the clients and caregivers are a good match for each other so that everyone has a relaxed environment, which is super helpful when meeting a new client!Communication efforts that are made have also been excellent, anytime theres an issue or question one or both of them are pretty quick to respond to their caregivers and our clients :)

Residents receive excellent personal care. Residents are seen and known as individuals, not room numbers, by the entire staff. Staffing changes are extremely rare, creating a very stable home life. I highly recommend Castle Rock Assisted Living!
