Will never work for this company again. Megan is disrespectful. Terrible service, management is always late, and have poor communication.

My Mail for my Uncle keeps getting returned and per the post master it is not USPS, it's Brookdale not putting the mail in his mail box. Really upsetting when you want your Uncle to know that you are thinking of him and sending a card every month to only have it returned. That's bull hockey! If they can't get the mail correct it scares me as to the care given or lack there of. Sad and scary!

Do not move into Brookdale Boulder Creek if you will eventually need to go on Medicaid. We kept Brookdale informed for 2 years about my parent's financial situation, but never received any correspondence from them until 2 weeks before the money was gone. At that time they threw my parent out with 2 weeks to find an other place. They are understaffed. The management is awful with no interaction with residents or families except to send out letters with 'rules to follow'. The turn over of management is continuous. It is to bad, because the building and rooms are lovely. The food is OK.
