I used to be one of the psa (caregivers) in this facility and I can honestly tell you its a horrible place to take your parents, to begin with we would always be short staff and management didn't care about getting us coverage and when they did they would bring us the housekeeper and all she would do complain about how they would make her help us! We still wouldn't do showers we would rush the residents we would be multitasking and we would neglect the residents because we were in such a rush we couldn't slow down, we wouldn't take our breaks and management didn't care. The 3 nurses they had in staff would say call us when u guys need help but when we would call them they wouldn't answer or had there walkies off?? some of the caregivers would be on drugs and instead of working they would be outside smoking or crying about there drama at home and the sad part is management knows and they are okay with it. Worse of all the activities directors, Pat would make us feel uncomfortable and she would treat us like trash and she was always so rude to us. Pricilla would tell us not to bring residents to excise, on Saturdays when she was in charge of church service she would just stand there while she saw us struggling to take two residents at a time instead of helping us she would be taking care of her daughters and husband or on her phone. This facility might look nice in pictures and online but there's no team work the caregivers get paid the least and do the most work and get treated the worse by upper management. We are not perfect human beans but we try our best to take care of the residents but one mistake we do we get treated like we committed a crime and get verbally abuse by the nurses. I hope people think twice before placing there family member in this facility. You don't get the care you pay for here!!

I loved this Facility the nurses, caregivers and all other staff. Recently every time I go and visit my mom I notice her apartment been extremely messy and I would have to ask caregivers if they can ask housekeeping if they can go and clean it. I shouldn't have to search for someone to clean my mothers room when I seen housekeeper just standing around talking to other staff. Also I notice my mom is not getting taken care of how they use to I'm not sure if they are short staff or new employees just don't care about patient care. Every other day I go and have breakfast with my mother and there's a lady named Patricia who is every rude to employees and mean to other patients. We pay so much money to witness that type of passive aggressive attitude from upper management. I wish we would go back to the time when Candie the nurse was in charge and patient care was excellent.

I love Wildwood and all the staff. They are always on top of the residents wants and needs. I love their Friday lunch bunch and all the fun activities. I'm a personal caregiver for a resident at Wildwood. When I first started caring for her, she was a shut in. Now she is 95 and a has been at WWCV for almost 2 years and she joins in on most activities. The activity directors are always asking the residents for their input on activities that they enjoy. The memory care there is fantastic and they keep the memory care residents just as busy. I would 100% recommend Wildwood. Call and and ask for a tour and see for yourself.

my experience at this facility was very welcoming however, there are some employees specially a woman whom i dont know of seems to not care about the people living there.
