Please beware! For everyone looking to place their beloved elderly family member, please understand that this review page is on Posadas company website and is probably controlled by Posada. Funny that there is only good reviews. You should look at the YELP reviews for a clear picture. The YELP reviews are all horrible. The below review is the best example of sales at its worst. We had been to the building around that time and can tell you first hand that the new management is the worst ever and not well liked by the employees and guests. There is a person there now that replaced Vicky, Janette Hill, she is very disliked by the employees and guests. Both have a lot to say about her. We are told that she was a bookkeeper that took over for Vicky because they so were desperate to find someone. We cannot find out what happened to Vicky, but there is no longer a happy atmosphere here. I will say that a sales rep by the name of Christina seemed professional and nice. Why did she not take over for Vicky? I tried reaching out to J Hills boss, Allan, but he doesnt return calls. Posada must have heavy budgets because it shows in the people that work there now. We are looking for another home for our Dad.

Initially, we had reservations about putting my dad at Posada, but we were assured that it is now under new management, so we went ahead with the move. Thus far, we are very pleased with the care and compassion we have been shown by Janette Hill and Christina Lett. Can't say enough about Christina! She goes above and beyond the scope of her duties. She has assisted us every step of the way. She is timely, responsive and always willing. to help.Thank you for lessening our concerns during this stressful time in our lives.

After 4 months hugh rent increase. Charged for services not receiving. Beautiful facility but poorly run.
