I am a up coming employee and I've worked in a few Assisted Living Facilities and I interview them just as they interview me, and this is by far the best place I have been in or worked at. The whole staff and residents are so nice. I felt not as a employee but as a part of a family. My input on how to make things EVEN better was welcomed because we are a team and making the residents happy and a warm home life is what matters to this family and facility! I feel so proud to be apart of Grand River Villa!! Having a loved one needing to go to any kind of Facility is sometimes not a easy thing to do, but I haven't seen any place that will do whatever they need to do to make this a safe, reliable, and comfortable home life for this big transition in someone's life!

I have personally been in the facility and it was very welcoming. The staff are so very nice and helpful. Dana personally helped with all the information I needed. The aides and housekeeping are extremely helpful and efficient. Grand River Villa was very clean, I was there during there lunch time, it smelled wonderful. Mary the owner comes to do the ladies and gentleman's hair which is so very sweet. I'm definitely going to place my father.
