Sherrill was a big help in identifying several board and care homes. We were very appreciative of the help we got to get my sister to a home that best fit her needs. Sherrill is very knowledgeable of how to deal with and help seniors. It is comforting to talk with someone who knows by experience how to help families with their loved ones who need care.

Sherrill is a most awesome genuine person and instructor. I have enjoyed many water aerobic classes with her. She is very educated and informative to each persons needs and level of fitness, giving several options to fulfill ones desired performance and fitness goals. Her music is fun and uplifting. Her exercise classes are suitable for all ages. I look forward to each class knowing a good time and great exercise is experienced by all attendees.

I have been blessed to have met Sheryl in a water aerobic class which I took weekly I loved going to her class as she is a fantastic instructor she motivates you when you are feeling down. I recently lost my brother who was 78 yrs old she gave her condolence and blessing . She had offered some advice as to what needs to be done to start his services which has help me so much. I have to say she is such a caring lady I am blessed to have her in my life. I normally don't do reviews but I felt this lady needed to be recognized for all she does. I highly recommend Integrity care managing & Senior Living Solutions.
