My mom has been here for over a year and we have been very happy with the staff and facility. Most of the personnel have worked there for many years and seem to truly like their jobs. The common areas and (remodeled) apartments are very clean and nice. We initially had some concerns about moving mom into a facility in Vallejo, but we have been pleasantly surprised and are happy with the good care she is receiving.

Staff is robbing people at this location. Going in with a master key when they are at activities and stealing personal items. Preying on those in wheelchairs who cannot get up in the night to see who is in their room. Money, credit cards, jewelry are coming up missing. New company is spending money on re-decorating when it was not needed. Then in January, rents go up when elderly people on fixed income don't get increases and causes hardship!

Residents and staff are pretty cool. It was fun when resident's would joke around and humour you while you were on the clock. You really become like family here. Every place has its ups and downs, but working here was an up for me. I've learned so much from both staff and residents at my first job here when it was Brookdale. Although the name has changed, I hope it continues to be a place where staff is like family to the residents and where the residents can always smile and joke around.
