We have used Home Care Assistance during 2 periods of time for my sister. I would never bother to look anywhere else! They have been very responsive to our needs and helping us think through what we required. The aides have been wonderful! For our second time, they even managed to adjust things and get our favorite aide back for most of the shifts! Having the same person made it easier on my sister. They do all you expect and step up to be even more helpful. They truly care about the patient and the family. Stacie, Cory, Megan and Amanda - thank you for everything!

If you don't know where to start or even if you are not positive what to do with an older adult or loved one, stop by their office and ask for Cory. He came out to our home in Newhall to get things situated when we started care for my mother and it has been such a positive experience ever since. No matter where you are he is the type of person that will just know what to do. My mom loves her care taker and I am back to working out and cooking regularly. I can leave home whenever I want with such peace of mind that mom is not only safe, but actually enjoying herself with the care taker from Home Care Assistance.

Simply put, I've had an amazing experience with this company. When we first started shopping around for in home help for my mother in law, we were very lost. We interviewed a few different agencies in the area and they all seemed to be pretty standard. We even met with a company that's been in the area for almost 20 years and there wasn't much to set them apart. Then, Cory from Home Care Assistance came out to our home and let me say, wow. The sheer level of knowledge that Cory has about the industry and elder care is truly impressive. We told him our situation and he was able to anticipate our every need. Beyond being impressively intelligent, he is the most personable! My mother in law was truly delighted sitting there chatting with him. The in home care taker that Corey and his staff lined up has been absolutely amazing as well - they truly found the perfect match.

Had a positive experience to start but that did not last. The office can't seem to be able to find caregivers that match my parents and I am constantly having billing errors with them and my parents long term care. The people in the office are just not engaged in their work.
