My boyfriends father is there and they don't take care of him at all, it seems that since they can't be held accountable by patients loved ones they just don't do their job, very sad they need to be reminded that these are human beings that deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

I would NOT Recommend this place ....Horrible... The Administrations staff is Rude ...They also are Turlocks biggest Con Artist..

My father has been at Brandel for over three years. He has made such special friendships there with both residents and staff. We couldn't ask for more loving care for him and our family as he is in his last days of life. Hospice has also been wonderful as they are also caring for him. Our family would publically like to thank all of his nurses and others who have been such a tremendous comfort to our dad, 'Bingo Bob'. We highly recommend Brandel Manor.

This place used to be great as my grandparents both were here and my mom was here several years ago and received great care. The new management has ruined this place to where I would not let anyone stay. My mother was here after shoulder surgery for physical and occupational therapy. When she arrived I asked for an ice machine or ice packs as she was in pain. after three requests they filled a garbage bag with ice and brought it to me. I asked if they did not have ice packs or the ice machine.I was told no this was all they had. I left to go rent an ice machine at Boise Medical supply while gone they magically came up with one. The food if you call it that was horrible. To be fair she did have some staff members who really care and strive to take care of patients, My mom now has an abscess which she believes came from there.

Super sad place... you see the elderly over medicated and lonely, they are left in their urine for hours, it looks like a prison for the elderly...depressing place
