Hi all I've recently visited Tulare Silvercrest and was very impressed by the condition of the building and kind professionalism of the current manager. Im from Minneapolis and is very much considering making Tulare Silvercrest my retirement home. Monies monise. It seems to me you may have had a hidden agenda that didn't come full circl. Silvercrest gets a 4.5 from me.

My sister n law lived here. Very nice place an clean. Very friendly people. Apartments are good size. Very nice. I'm thinking of checking on living there after I sell my home.
