We love Tahoe Donner use to own a house there. Wish we still did, now we rent one in snow season and camp Summer season. So much to do. People are so friendly. Best part is very handicap friendly even in the snow. I have wheelchair and I got right up to the Tahoe Donner resort. Sat by fire pits, had a drink and watched the family play in the snow.

This is a small, easy hill - so for real skiing this is not the place. But for goofing around at an uncrowded hill with a good bar and grill, it's hard to beat.
