Yes, during the lab visit of CSULA on 9/12/19 one of the directors of the visit was being extremely rude to one of the older ladys struggling to get out of the van. She handed her cain while coming out the stairs setting up the rolling seat so that she can push it. The older lady apparently struggling to hold the cane and get of the steps of the van proceeds to sit on the chair. The instructor got mad at her and decided to force her out of the seat so that she can push the seat and stripped the Cain viscously from her. Watch how you act in public federal building. It can reflect poorly on how you guys look and questions the public on whats really going on in those homes?

I went on a 2 hour tour of this beautiful residence and was impressed by our extremely personable and knowledgeable guide Lisa and by the five star quality of every aspect of UVTO ......from the library, swimming pool, putting greens, beauty parlor, fully equipped gym, tennis courts, restaurants , beautiful housing, everything was so pristine and the lunch was delicious. It truly felt as though I had visited an all inclusive resort. AAA+++ rating. L. Leone. Westlake Village. Calif.

It is pretty much the Gold Standard. There is not much in features you could want or need. Yes, it may seem to be a bit pricey. Think of it as an Ocean Cruise. Every thing you need is there. All services are available. You do get a handbook. It is called the contract. You need to understand it before you 'set sail'. And, get your trusted advisor to walk you through it.Have a safe and rewarding trip.Ron

UVTO has been home to my mom for about 11 years. It is as beautiful and well-kept as the day she moved in. I could go on and on about the caring and capable staff, and about the beautiful grounds, the many activities, and the peace of mind that comes with families knowing our loved ones are living in such a wonderful environment. I cannot imagine a better retirement community in every way. Thank you, UVTO!
