My Mom loved living independently at University Village Thousand Oaks for almost 11 years. She was apprehensive about moving across the way to Oakview Assisted Living. But as it turns out, she now can't say enough about how much she LOVES her new apartment and all of the loving care she receives from the wonderful staff at Oakview. She is eager to participate in all of the activities, and her family is so happy to know she is even safer and happier at Oakview now that her needs have changed. We are beyond impressed at the warmth and competence of everyone we have met at Oakview, and beyond grateful for how they have welcomed my mom, and all of us when we visit.

I was very apprehensive when my folks moved over from University Village last October, but my parents acclimated almost immediately and are happy as can be! And my stress level and peace of mind are markedly improved, especially given that I live on the East coast. I can trust that the staff and director of Oakview truly have my parents best interests at heart, and I can count on them to be proactive and communicate with me if necessary.

Judi Hutchinson1 reviewin the last weekI was in the rehab at oak view after I had a run in with my rooster, breaking my hip and femur. The care here was five star. The staff was very helpful and sympathetic. The physical therapist we're excellent.My family and friends would come with dinner and we would sit in one of the lovely patios with the fountains keeping us cool. My husband even brought our dog, Thoreau, and he was welcomed by everyone.I highly recommend Oak view for assisted living.
