I love the Vineyard Ranch. They have everything you can possible want for your loved ones. The staff is amazing, and Denise (Director) is the main reason why. I am so lucky to know that my dad is being cared for because I live in Chicago and rely on their compassion to take care of my dad every day for every thing. Thank you!

As former employee of 2 years, I am saddened at how this place has gone downhill. Management is terrible and disrespectful not only to employees but to residents and their family members. In less than 2 years they have gone through various lvn's and executive directors. Its a big disaster, nobody really seems to know how to run an assisted living/memory care community. None of the directors are willing to help whenever a single care giver is on the floor with over 7 residents, highly underpaid without yearly evaluation. They care more about presentation over resident care and employee satisfaction. Staff turnover rate is high due to several reasons, one being lack of structure. I completely removed them from my resume, I am embarrassed to have been a part of their team. If i could say more about the place, I would. Please send your loved ones elsewhere and think twice before applying

What glitters is not always gold. This community is on It's third executive director, the building has been open for less than two years. The care staff turnover rate is 80% or more. Makes you wonder. If your loved one's enjoy good food, this is not the place for them.
