This place has a bad reputation and never won an award. What a joke. They got lawsuit after lawsuit pending. Don't Walk Away Run

Mom and I went in to see the place on a late afternoon and there was no management to give us a tour. We heard through residents how neglected this facility has been since manager Gregg took over. We overheard staff being miserable working there and everything just left a bad taste in my mouth. Glad we left a deposit with a different facility that evening.

5 stars! Greg made my Grandmas time at The Chateau top notch. We had moved her several times and found The Chateau. If we ever had a concern or problem or question , anything, Greg handled it. It is a rare thing today with most putting things off. Not Greg at the Chateau. If you are thinking of the next step for a loved one, you should be confident with The Chateau. It is beautiful inside, great staff and I never hear compaints!
