I have an elderly client who lives here and is treated TERRIBLY by the management. They don't help her with the things that her rental agreement said they are supposed to assist with, they won't repair her appliances & wont even let someone else give her a new fridge since they refuse to fix their defective one! The lady is beyond non helpful but downright rude! She does not belong anywhere near the elderly. Customer service in general is done a disservice by peole like her.
