Somerford Place of Stockton

I work for an non- medical in home care agency and we have worked hand in hand with residents at Somerford Place and hear nothing but positive things. It is hard to make that transition in general with moving your loved one, however, they make this experience as easy and smooth as possible with how approachable and patient the staff is. We also have the pleasure of working with Peggy and Leslie and they both have been so AMAZING! I highly recommend Somerford Place.

From one business owner to another business owner, I'm writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service Somerford Place has provided to me. Somerford Place is a senior community offering specific assisted living for dementia residents. It has a positive feeling with beautiful flowers around the building and delicious food (at times you can smell the food down the hallway). They have many activities for the residents to do, even a putting green in the back yard and the staff are very respectful and caring to their residents. Everyone seems happy and content. Please call Somerford Place at 209-951-6500. This is one of the preferred places I would refer people to.

Somerford Place has a very comfortable, homey feel. The staff is extremely accommodating and attentive. The residents are well cared for. It is an outstanding location for a loved one who needs memory care.

My mother lived at Somerford for several years (she recently passed away), and we had such a good experience. I found the staff to be kind and caring, really making sure that my mother was well cared for. I got so much peace of mind knowing that she was safe and happy when it became clear that she needed more care than I could give. Thank you Somerford!

In November 2017 I was looking for a Alzheimer's facility for my mother. I live in Montana and my mother lived in Lodi, California. After reading all the great reviews on Somerford Place of Stockton, I decided to try to get her into this facility. The best decision I ever made for my mother was to put her into Somerford Place of Stockton. To this day my mother has been cared for, not only in a professional manner by everyone that works at Somerford Place, but I believe they truly care about their residents. What I saw every time I visited was they treat everyone with dignity, respect and love. I believe at the end of the day all we want for our loved ones that have this terrible disease called Alzheimer's is to be treated with dignity and respect. Again, thank you Leslie Anderson, Peggy Massey and all the wonderful people that took care of my mother. There will be a special place in heaven for each and everyone of you.
