As a resident of Rio Las Palmas, I can tell you that the staff and residents make Rio home away from home. I love the individual care and activities.. The only down side is the food.

My parents have recently moved to Rio Las Palmas and it has been quite an adjustment after living independently for so long, but the staff have been so kind and really come to the aid of their needs as they adjust. The staff has been so accommodating to helping them adjust that it gives me such a piece of mind since I live over 5,000 miles away and an only child. We had looked at several other facilities, but Rio stood out to us for we never heard a negative comment from anyone, all was positive and as we met more residents there they were all very happy. Rio provides so many activities that everyone can join in or just to sit in the lobby and meet new friends. I'm so glad that during this transition in my parents lives that there is a place like Rio Las Palmas!!
