Grandmother contracted COVID-19 after being put in this home because a family member knew someone who worked here. The workers don't care about what they do to your family in the off-time. As of this review 2 of the caretakers are confirmed with COVID-19 and 2 of the patients. In addition the director comes around every few days and separates the patients only when he knows that someone is coming to check in on their distancing. He stated numerous times to my grandmother that it's only for a couple of days and then they can go back to normal.Testing wasn't prevalent enough and she wouldn't have even been confirmed if it wasn't for the fact that she's in the hospital now. Find a much better care facility because this one ONLY cares about their bottom line.

Rowntree neglected my Grandfather with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Never put your loved ones in this absolute mockery of a facility. Edit: Your response is a joke, your people neglected him and let him fall multiple times. To anyone that reads this: find another facility that respects the people living there. You really shouldnt have replied to my comment, you can say all that you want about your facility but the truth is my grandfather was not treated with respect and he is not alone.

My mom has been at Rowntree in their independent living apartments, assisted living apartments and now in their critical care Elmwood Center. I'm continuously amazed and the level of care, love and generosity she receives. Her medical care has been exceptional. The activities are varied, educational and super fun. The drs, therapists and staff are so loving and caring. What peace of mind I have! Maria, Geroldina, Vicky, Ben, Edwina, Brandan, Karen, Denise, Irene, Diana and all of the rest of the team have made this stage of life enjoyable! Thank you Rowntree!!!

I am so impressed with Rowntree Gardens. My mom has been there for about 8 months and she loves it. They treat her with such respect and care and the whole family is involved and feels the same way. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.
