I worked in this facility for 5+ years and #1 problem is management. They contradict themselves when it comes to dicision making and blame the staff for mistakes instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes such as the food, conditions of the rooms, poor service to the residents and having bed bugs for over 3 1/2. The kitchen didn't have the proper staff or supplies. I hope license really do ther job .

I am one of the nurses that goes to see a patient there. Recently when I went one of my patients was covered in bug bites yet med tech said it wasnt scabies, so one Day I decided to enter the restroom and next thing you know I saw three bed bugs in the floor walking I feel bad for the residents getting bit by these bugs . I hope they get rid of those bugs How would they put their workers at risk family members and visitors?
