My father is in memory care at sunrise villa and was diagnosed with scabies..not only does he haveThem but my mother has them and she is in the assisted living side.This is the most recent problems we have had with this place. We feel that they are always understaffed, also my father's door is always locked so he can't go to his room all day. They get the people up in the morning and get them all downstairs in one bug room and that's where they stay .Until a 15months ago my dad walked 2 miles a day. Now he can barely get out of the chair.

An amazing staff and a great environment even through ownership transition. Great sense of family between staff and residents. I couldn't imagine my aunt being anywhere else.

This is a senior community that does everything for the residents. I have never seen a community such as this.

Recology garbage trucks come Everyday at 5:00 and earlier sometimes to pick up garbage bins. They wake the entire neighborhood. I can only imagine the seniors whose rooms are right above and around the garbage bin area. It woke me out of my sleep, down the street. It sounded like bombs, As they shake the bins to get everything out. I would worry about startling a senior into a havimg a heart attack. This is quite rude and uncaring to seniors and neighborhood! Please contact Santa Rosa City Counsel and complain for yourself and for the seniors. To those lookimg into livimg there, this would not be acceptable. Very upsettimg and jarring to omes nerves!
