expert senior living
As a Senior Living Adviser and Expert in the area, I have known the owner for a few years. I really like Paradise Villa because they cover a wide-spectrum of care and they also have great rates for dementia care... this can be hard to find. So if Paradise Villa is a fit for my Assisted Living clients, then I certainly send them to Paradise Villa first.

Paradise Villa is the perfect fit because the building itself isn't too big or too small.My fear with a smaller home is residents sitting in their room and not getting necessary movement... and larger communities can be too much to safely navigate.Paradise Villa is very easy and not confusing at all; this is especially good for residents with memory issues. They also provide both Private and Shared Rooms as an option. The shared room is a good idea to reduce expenses. Moreover, I thank goodness there's an affordable Memory Care Option on this scale that exists in Santa Cruz.

Paradise Villa is a wonderful loving compassionate facility! Mom was treated with dignity and respect! We knew Mom was always safe and well cared for! The staff is always happy and dedicated to the residents! There are not enough accolades in the world to express our gratitude!
