I lived there in 2003. Even back then you could get away with e everything. The only difference I see is now there are a bunch of homeless living outside of it. Yes they provided meals clothing and hygeine items. I was only 23 when I lived there

In my experience in working & talking at length with management and staff, they truly care about the residents who live @ HVH. There have been instances when residents did not follow the rules & were doing things that were extremely detrimental to the other residents & the community at large. These residents are expelled. There are quite a few residents who have made HVH their home for over 20 years. I encourage everyone interested to learn more by calling to set up a tour!!
