We recently had to put my aunt into an assisted living facility. I found an assisted living facility that works perfectly for my aunt and me. We will be forever thankful for meeting them!

When we were looking for assisted living for my aunt, my cousins and I wanted to be sure she wouldn't just be left alone all day. We thought it was really important keeping her occupied and interested. We combed the area, visiting 6 other places, and in almost every one we walked into, the residents were just sitting there watching TV or alone in their rooms. TheraSearch has a dedicated activities person there almost every day, and the time is spent interactively... playing games, discussing events, etc.

I visited several assisted living facilities, and even put offers on two residences in San Marcos.I knew they were not right - my mom did not need or want assisted living, she wanted a community of independent people who enjoy interesting lives. My mom lived there for two years before she passed away this summer, and I am grateful that she lived those years in a community of caring, friendly, intelligent, charismatic people.
