The entire staff at Senior Living Consultants has been a wonderful support to our family. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They saved us hours upon hours of searching and uncertainty.

Senior Living Consultants was there for our family when my Uncle needed immediate placement Memory/Dementia Care facility. Charmaine and her staff are extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Charmaine found us the perfect place for our Uncle and helped with everything. They did all of the research, found the most appropriate community, helped with the required medical paperwork and helped move him into the new place. Charmaine helped us deal with unexpected problems and put us in contact with related services needed to help ease the pains of the big move. I highly recommend Senior Living Consultants, they were there when we needed help and they truly went the extra mile. Dont get overwhelmed trying to research all the senior care options by yourself- do yourself a favor and use SLC!

Do you believe in the intervention of angels? I do.My mother has been suffering from dementia for several years and recently began to have audio and visual hallucinations which subsequently escalated to the point where the EMTs were summoned and she had to be physically restrained and admitted to the local hospital. To exacerbate the situation, I was informed that, once released from the hospital, she would not be permitted to return to the care facility where she had lived for the past seven years.When I arrived from out of state two days later, I found myself in an impossible situation: the hospital insisting upon mom's imminent discharge, no place to take her once that happened, doctors refusing to be responsible for her care, and all this happened on a Friday afternoon! With one beginning phone call, Peggy and Candace took charge of my mother's dire situation and rectified everything within 72 hours of my first call. They procured a gorgeous new place for her in which to stay and I had an interview with the Executive Director of that facility the following morning; put me in touch with movers to pack up and relocate her belongings to the new memory care unit; referrals to every resource I needed in order to make this transition as smooth as possible.To say Senior Living Consultants went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement.
